Tworiffics (15 months - 2 years)
Our “Tworiffics” programme allows young children a gentle introduction to pre-school life with the comfort of a familiar adult. The presence of a parent or guardian will reassure the child, helping them to build a relationship with the teacher and other children in the group. Our experienced teachers introduce children to topics through age-appropriate activities such as stories, art and craft, music and movement.
Our “Tworiffics” programme is a great opportunity for children to socialise with peers of different nationalities and become familiar with a multi-cultural environment before they join our Playgroup.
Playgroup (2 years – 3 years)
We believe that every child is unique and is a competent learner from birth. They can learn to be resilient, capable, confident and self-assured no matter where they come from, the language they speak or their family beliefs.
At the Play Centre, our focus is on creating a harmonious environment where children of different cultural backgrounds and different languages can learn to accommodate and accept each other within the diversity of their backgrounds.
A supportive and caring environment
We aim to provide care and education in an environment that enables children to feel safe and supported and which benefits their learning and development. Children learn to be confident and independent with support and love from teachers and parents. An interactive learning approach
Children develop and learn in different ways and at a different pace. We consider all areas of learning and development to be equally important and interconnected. A child’s day will be filled with encouragement and exposure to creative, fun and challenging activities. Children are encouraged to discover the world through interactive play, art and craft, music and movement as well as sensory exploration.
